Included in registration fee
Attendance in conference events, doctoral consortium, workshops (limited places), book of abstracts, reception and conference dinner, and other costs for organising the conference.
Cancellations of registration
Registration cancellation fees (+VAT)
Until May 15: Full refund of conference fee
From May 16: 30% refund of conference fee
After June 1: No refund of conference fee
A processing fee of 200 SEK will be deducted from all refunds. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference. Replacement of participant is accepted by 1 June 2023 for an extra charge of 500 SEK.
